Set in the heart of Soho, the four-storey building houses an adaptable, state-of-the-art auditorium, restaurant and bar, stalls lounge and rehearsal room, with views over the bustling streets below from our floor-to-ceiling glass bridge. Versatility is at the core of the venue, with every space fully customisable for a variety of purposes and functions.


The Boulevard’s auditorium is beyond compare.  An intimidatingly intimate space, endlessly flexible to meet any need.

The floor can be entirely flat, or tiered in many different performance orientations, including traditional end-on/conference, cabaret and traverse, and rotated to face any direction.  At the push of a button the state-of-the-art auditorium will transform in seconds.  The exclusively designed seating can be moved to provide perfect viewing positions for all your guests or removed entirely create a clear and fully open space.

The walls of the auditorium are lined with Resonix panelling that allow for total auditory control for performance or filming.  Within the walls are hidden LEDs offering full RGBW colours at any intensity creating an unrivalled ambience.

The Auditorium can be flooded with natural lights using the individually controlled blinds and by opening the Skyfold wall which concertinas into the ceiling.  When all are closed you have a perfectly dark and silent performance space, or when opened a naturally lit expansive area for entertaining.

Restaurant and Bar

The Boulevard has one of London’s most comfortably chic hospitality spaces.  White oak flooring, decadent velvet banquets, white marble set off by shimmering brass.  The ultra-modern pink of the dining room is perfectly balanced through the chic Art Deco styling of our sumptuously lit wrap-around bar.  Arrived at through an inauspicious street-level foyer, your guests will be overwhelmed as the enter the first-floor bar from across a double-height glass walkway.

With a floor space that can comfortably accommodate anything from drinks receptions to fine-dining, from canapes to 4 course, the commercial kitchen below is kitted-out with high-end appliances that can meet the needs of any ambitious Chef.
